Suofeiya USA is operated from Hollywood, Florida by the same company that runs PLAD Homes. This policy explains what we collect when you use suofeiyausa.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have. Questions go to info@suofeiyausa.com.

What we collect

• Booking and quote requests — meeting type, budget range, project address.
• Account data — email and password hash if you sign in.
• Site analytics via Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (anonymized IP).
• Cookies set by Google services, Calendly, and our own session token for signed-in users.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and route it to the correct designer.
• To follow up by phone or email about your project.
• To improve the site by measuring which pages convert.
• We do not sell your data. We don't share it with third parties beyond the service providers we use to deliver this site (hosting, email, CRM, analytics).

California & Florida residents

If you live in California (CCPA / CPRA) or Florida (FDBR), you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or opt out of any sale or sharing of it. Email info@suofeiyausa.com with your request and we'll verify your identity before acting on it. We don't sell personal information.

Retention

Lead and booking submissions stay in our CRM for as long as the project is active plus seven years for tax / contract recordkeeping. Account data persists until you ask us to delete the account.

Updates

If we change this policy materially, the Effective date at the top of this page changes and we'll surface a notice on the next form submission you make.
